BOSU/Disc

A great way to both work on strengthening the core muscles that wrap around your waist and support your spine and improve your balance and coordination is with a new workout tool called a BOSU which stands for "both sides up." On one side it is a half of a balance ball on the other side it is a flat surface.

This is a great tool that allows you to complete a variety of different workouts. Inflatable discs or foam pads are another type of workout tool to exercise your nervous system and improve your balance and coordination. This is a great way to reduce your risk of injury as you age. Many age-related injuries are due to falls because of poor balance and coordination.

  • "I highly recommend this chiropractor. I have a great adjustment every time."
    Wes B.
  • "Our kids got their first adjustment when they were only 20 minutes old. All are very healthy & have never had an ear infection and are now 8 & 9 years old. When they get sick they are sick for less than 24 hours. I would recommend getting babies to get adjusted for their well baby care."
    Amanda T.
  • "Amazing bed side manner & when it comes to the adjustment itself, there are only a few that I know of that can touch a Tom Oliver DC adjustment!! Thank you for your services Doc!! Keeping the spin in line❤️❤️❤️"
